Aimed at training professionals capable of supporting managers in their administrative and organisational tasks, the Attestation of College Studies (ACS) in "Adjoint ou adjointe de direction" offers comprehensive, practical training. The programme covers office management, effective communication, event planning and advanced use of office software, preparing students to excel in a dynamic office environment.

The "Adjoint ou adjointe de direction" programme at Collège Universel aims to achieve several key objectives for students who choose this career path. The 5 main objectives are

The 5 main objectives are :

    • 1 Training competent professionals:
        The programme aims to train competent executive assistants who can effectively manage administrative tasks, support managers and assume key responsibilities within an organisation. Students acquire the technical skills and practical knowledge needed to excel in their role.
    • 2 Developing skills in human resources management:
        The program focuses on human resource management, enabling students to understand the fundamentals of personnel management, develop skills in interpersonal communication, conflict resolution and managing professional relationships.
    • 3 Mastering digital tools and office technologies:
        Students are trained in the use of essential digital technologies and office tools. They learn to manipulate word processing software, electronic spreadsheets and multimedia presentation tools, enabling them to work efficiently and productively in a modern office environment.
    • 4 Strengthening professional communication skills:
        The program focuses on developing professional communication skills in both French and English. Students learn to draft business documents and reports and to communicate clearly and concisely both in writing and orally. They also acquire skills in intercultural communication and professional etiquette.
    • 5Providing practical experience through the work placement:
        The program offers students an opportunity to put their knowledge and skills into practice through a 6-week Executive Assistant placement. This allows them to work in a real environment, develop their professional skills and become familiar with the challenges and demands of the world of work.
